9. The Booking Form
When you press the button, the booking form sends your request to our booking system, where it is stored so that we can contact you and confirm the visit, together with the note of how you first reached the Site (see Cookies), the approximate city of your internet connection and whether you used a phone or a computer. If the form cannot reach our booking system, it writes your request into a text message to us instead; that message is sent only if you send it.
10. Cookies
This Site keeps two first-party cookies: a random visitor id, kept for up to 12 months, and a note of how you first reached the Site, for example from a search, a social post or an AI assistant, kept for 90 days (the first visit). They hold no name, no email address and no IP address. The Site also uses your browser's session storage to avoid counting the same page view twice in one visit; it is cleared when you close the tab.
Taps on the phone number and the text and email links, and visits to the booking page, are counted against that note, with the approximate city of the connection and whether it came from a phone or a computer.
