At first i was really wowed by the work. The cleaning technician was very professional, respectful and even came in with shoe tissue paper/ protector. I was told couch would dry in 3-4 but its more like 4-6 hours. I waited till the next day to put the couch together and noticed some sections with slight color variations. I asked my technician about it and hevwas here within two hours. He redid those sections and was very upbeat and friendly about getting the job done perfect. I would 100% recommend. Eljan was the technician that did the work. So be sure to aak for him by name if you want superb service and results

Roman arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained the process clearly and got straight to work. The results were great! As a father with kids, I especially appreciated that they don’t use harsh chemicals or leave behind artificial fragrances. That was very important to me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you to the whole team, and a special thank-you to Roman! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Incredible Service! Highly Recommend! Eight years ago, I moved into an empty home and furnished most of it through a staging company. While most of the furniture wasn't new, it had never actually been used. However, it had spent time being moved in and out of warehouses and homes staged for sale. Add two teenagers and a puppy to the mix, and you can imagine what everything looked like after eight years! 😂 I had been dreading getting everything professionally cleaned: 7 large rugs, 4 sofas, 3 armchairs, a chaise lounge, 9 dining chairs, 2 ottomans, an outdoor sofa with 4 chairs, a large round outdoor daybed, several random cushions, and even a barstool! Quite the project, which is probably why I kept putting it off for so long! Then I found this company! I sent Nick some photos of everything that needed cleaning, and he responded within minutes with a very reasonable quote. He estimated that a crew of three would need about five hours to complete the job. Well, they just left, and I couldn't be happier! They arrived exactly on time, were incredibly friendly and professional, wore shoe covers inside the home, and somehow managed to finish the entire job about 10 minutes ahead of schedule! With that much furniture to clean, I was seriously impressed! Everything looks amazing, and what I had been dreading for years turned out to be such an easy and pleasant experience. I will absolutely be using them again, and this time, I definitely won't wait another few years! Thank you, Nick and team, for making such a huge project completely stress-free. Fantastic service from start to finish! Highly recommend! 👏😊

They were quick to respond and did come on time, which we appreciate. We had our couch and rug cleaned. In all honesty it wasn’t too bad but it was time for a cleaning. We had a stain on our rug that was super noticeable but now it has faded. Still not fully gone but overall better. We noticed how hard our guy was working so we do give them an A+ for workmanship but sadly the stain didn’t fully go away. I give them a solid 3.9-4star. They were also not overpriced so they helps. Our couch looks nice and fresh

We had a great experience and appreciate the results. All was required was our bathroom sink for water and toilet to dispose of the dark brown water from our couch/pillow cushions! Only 2 or so stains remained in the end because those were tough but overall the couch is loads better as we have several children and it was its first cleaning since we bought it. Thank you for the service!

I am happy with Waterfall Cleaning overall and I would recommend them. They cleaned a grey corner sectional couch and two light-colored wing chairs for me. Although clean, the chairs had some old stains that were impossible for me to get out, so I called professionals in hopes that they could lift those old stains, but unfortunately they were too set in to be completely removed (I flipped the cushion in photo so the stains are not visible). I was a little disappointed but I appreciated their effort. I was super impressed when they offered to reduce their fee to compensate for the stains that could not be removed. I wasn't expecting that, but it was greatly appreciated. Another very nice thing to know is that their products smell great, so our home was filled with a really clean and fresh scent for days afterwards. I'm happy I called them and would use them again in future.

I've been using Waterfall for a couple of years now and they always conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and speed. Never buy a cream-colored couch! The piece Sergey cleaned today was a wreck and is almost perfectly back to brand new. For example the ottoman in the foreground here had a massive intractable coffee stain of which there is now no trace! Very reasonably priced too given the scale of the furniture involved. 10/10

I would give Sergey 6 stars if I could! He was very professional and paid close attention to detail. I like that he laid down towels on my floor to not get the floor wet, he also put on booties while walking through my house! Thanks for bringing my couches back to life! Strongly recommend this company and their services! Will be a returning customer!

Had the best experience. From the initial quote request to scheduling and showing up exactly on time for the appointment was phenomenal, I love good communication, and follow through. The actual clean was thorough and very precise, it was a two man team. They were done with an hour and a half. They worked super fast and they went over a lot of the trouble areas on my couch using a hand held brush, which I appreciated. The chemicals they used were not overwhelming and almost orderless. I didn’t have any sinus issues and I have sensitivities to scents. I love how professional they were and very polite!!!!! They respected my home, wore shoe coverings also laid out a lot of tarps and towels on the floor so nothing leaked on my rug. They also cleaned the back and the sides of my couch, which I’ve never seen anyone do. Truly a superb experience! I definitely plan on hiring them again next year for my couch refresh.

While I can appreciate the efficiency in which Sergey worked, I feel like he neglected to do the entire couch as was advertised. His focus seemed to be mainly on the cushions and you can clearly see dark spots across the top of the couch (in the photo he took). Also there seemed to be issues in booking my appointment off of social media. Hopefully they are more attentive and can honor their appointments at the correct date and time going forward!

Our couch was filthy from having two young kids (spilled milk, food, sweat, etc). We clean it occasionally with the Bissell green machine but it always took too much effort, time, and never looked right. We decided to give this service a try before committing to a new couch. The service took less than one hour and we are so impressed!! No need for a new couch. We’ll definitely use the service again.

Alex was wonderful! I should have taken a before and after photo because our couch is incredibly lived in. Stains from a newborn, toddler and dog are layered into the fabric from the last 4 years. Alex was realistic that he may not be able to get 100% of the stains out, and I was surprised how well the fabric took to his cleaning and how thoroughly he worked on the major areas… and in turn how effective it was! I would definitely have him come back and recommend his service to anyone!

I’m so happy I finally decided to call and hire this company to clean my couches! I haven’t had them cleaned since I bought them almost five years ago, and with two kids, it was definitely getting out of control. No matter how much I tried to keep them clean, over time it just becomes impossible — eventually, they really need a deep cleaning. I’m so glad I chose this service — they did an amazing job! I could see the difference right away. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to others I checked, which made it even better. I definitely recommend them! I honestly wish I had done this a year ago, but better late than never, as they say! Thank you! Waterfall

It was really hard to choose someone reliable to clean our sofas due to the fabric it’s made of. I came across waterfall and called them to come clean my sofas and hoped for the best. They exceeded my expectations and quickly became the only upholstery cleaners I would ever trust moving forward. I have 2 children and a dog so it does get messy and they do end up putting stains on my sofas. I do not hesitate to call waterfall and they are so prompt in coming out to help us with those stains. Sergey has been cleaning for us for the past few times and he is amazing. Very punctual and extremely professional. Cleans to perfection. I’m so happy I found waterfall!

Wow! I came across the company on instagram and happy it popped up ! They responded immediately , and were able to quote me based on the image of my couch I sent them. Sergei the technician was on time, super professional and did an amazing job! Stains and dust all are gone from my couch! (Have a toddler at home so you can imagine ) I am very pleased and highly recommend. It does take few hours for the couch to dry so take that into account (it’s a little moisten after the cleaning) but over all five starts for EVERYTHING! 👍 definitely will use again!

I saw waterfall on Instagram and then looked them up to read reviews and decided to use them and I'm glad I did. Everything about the company was great. Communication was quick and respectful, the price was great and they came on time and did good work. They got the extra grunge out where I asked them to concentrate and my furniture is as clean as can be. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. As other reviews mentioned they did leave the carpet damp but it wasn't a problem. It also took more like 24 hours for the cushions to dry instead of 6 hours, even though it was a warm day so plan accordingly.

This is my first time hiring anyone to clean my upholstery so I don’t know what is typical. They were an hour early for the appointment I made which was a little tricky because I had to leave to take my kids to school. Also, I had to do some drying of our wood floors, baseboards, and window frame after they left because the water from the machine kind of sprays beyond what they’re cleaning. Otherwise, it was fast, affordable, they were nice and I would likely use them again.

I am delighted with the results of the professional deep cleaning service. Despite owning a High End Brand Sectional for several years, it had accumulated dirt over time. The cost of purchasing a new one is quite high post pandemic. Eventually, I decided to seek professional cleaning services. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome, as my sectional now appears virtually brand new. I am confident my sectional will last for years after receiving this treatment.

So pleased with Eljan at waterfall!! With 3 dogs, our couch desperately needs a deep clean every year or so. We’ve had it professionally cleaned before and were told by our other vendors that some stains and smells were permanent. We accepted that until now. Eljan made our couch look and smell brand new. Stains that were left behind by other cleaners before are completely gone. Pricing is reasonable and we made sure to let all our cushions dry for about 24 hours just to make sure they wouldn’t get musty. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Mura at Waterfall Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, they were responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. They arrived right on time and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. Mura was friendly and professional throughout the whole appointment, and it really showed in the quality of the work. My upholstery and rug look fantastic. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for the level of service provided. I'd highly recommend Mura and Waterfall Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for a thorough, professional cleaning. Will definitely be using them again!

I had a wonderful experience with Waterfall Cleaning! Dima was incredibly quick and thorough when cleaning my couch + area rug. I also really appreciated that he wore shoe covers when coming inside. What a great group of professionals! Nick was super helpful and organized. He found out exactly what we needed and gave an estimate that was what we ended up paying... no hidden fees. Yuri showed up on time and listened to us as we showed him what really needed the most attention and he got right on it. He spent more time than I expected on our sofa. I expected as much because it was in pretty sorry shape, but he stayed with it and kept going over it until it looked like new. We had an oppportunity to chat with him before he packed up, and he was so warm and friendly. We would gladly have Waterfall Cleaning come out again.

Will definitely use Waterfall Cleaning in the future. When I initially contacted them the response was immediate. I was able to schedule within a day. Roman arrived on time and was very professional. He was very thorough and addressed our concerns. Our couches look and smell great!! Previously, we used another company and had our couches cleaned but the chemicals used were harsh, irritated my skin and, caused a very strong smell that stayed in the house for a long time. Waterfall Cleaning’s solution is not as intense and doesn’t smell like chemicals. Thank you for doing such a great job!
