Short answers to what people ask before they book.
Is couch cleaning worth it?
Yes when the frame and foam are sound and the problem is dirt, marks or odor; replace when the structure has failed.
How long a couch or carpet takes to dry
Wait until it feels dry to sit, walk on it or put furniture back; drying depends on the weather, and a rug or carpet usually takes longer than a couch.
How to get pet urine out of a couch
Blot, flush lightly with cool water, treat with an enzyme cleaner and dry fast; urine in the foam is the part that holds the smell.
Wool, Persian, Oriental and antique rugs
Wool is cleanable but needs gentle products and little heat; a Persian or antique rug needs a look at the dyes and the fringe first.
