My sofas look amazing! I have a dog that sheds a lot and they were able to remove all the hair and they look new came on time and was so professional will definitely be using them again!
Would absolutely recommend! My couches were filthy, due to my dogs. Sergey got out all of the stains, and quickly. They look gorgeous.
Came out and gave our sofa and love seat some real care. We had tried other cleaners and were ready to give up on these. The had serious stains that wouldnt come out before. We have 2 young kids and a dog but they were able to make our couches look so good.
I’m so happy with the couch cleaning service! My sofa had stains from pets and coffee, and now it looks brand new. The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and explained the whole process. I couldn’t believe how fresh and clean everything smelled after they finished.…
Sergei was very professional. … He did an excellent job cleaning my couch, area rug, and even my dog's beds. I would recommend this company to my friends and family

More about pet stains and odors
How a pet urine visit goes
Four steps, and the price is known before the visit:
- Book the piece and tell us how many spots there are; a photo of the piece and of each spot to (747) 214-6199 helps, with cat or dog, how old the spot is and what was used on it.
- Each stain is $30, added to the price of the piece.
- At your home we clean the piece with shampoo and steam extraction and the best non-toxic products, safe for kids and pets, on a drop cloth, then treat each stain with enzyme products.
- Keep pets and children off the piece until it is dry (drying times); you pay after the work, with no additional fees.
Cat urine, dog urine and old stains: what a cleaning reaches
Urine runs through the fabric into the cushion foam of a couch, through a rug to its backing, and through carpet to the pad and sometimes the subfloor. Fresh urine near the surface lifts more readily than old urine that has dried in, which often lightens rather than disappears. If the smell returns on a warm or humid day after the piece is dry, urine is still below the surface. If you send a photo, we tell you before you book whether it looks deeper than a cleaning reaches.
Cleaning prices for the pieces
From the booking form: a 3–4 seat couch $149, 5–6 seats $189, 7–9 seats $239, an armchair from $30, a dining chair from $10, a mattress $120, a rug $89. Carpet is priced per room, from $60, see carpet cleaning. A pet stain is $30 per stain on top of the cleaning.
Everyday care with pets
Everyday care with pets, kids and pet hair covers pet hair and what helps between cleanings.
An enzyme spray or a professional?
For one fresh spot, blot it and use an enzyme cleaner made for urine as its label says (pet urine in carpet and rugs). Call a cleaner when the smell returns after the spot dries, when the spots are old or many, or when urine reached the cushion or the pad. Heat on its own can set a urine stain, so steam extraction alone is not a urine treatment, and each stain gets the enzyme treatment, $30 per stain.
Guides to pet stains and odors
Blood, mud and bodily fluids and which stains can be removed say what is likely to lift and what is not. The rest are in the stain removal hub.
Pet urine in carpet and rugs, pet urine on couches and dog smell, vomit and body odor say what to do in the first minutes and what is likely to lift. How odor removal works explains enzymes and pre-treatment, and the rest are in the odors and smells hub.
