Sergei was great! My couch never looked so clean. Normally even after a cleaning it has a weird chemical scent but this smells so fresh and clean. I’m so excited. It feels like a brand new sofa!

What clients say about WATERFALL
Great service! He took his time and was very thorough in cleaning our extremely dirty couch and it looks a million times better now! We also had a couple chairs cleaned and those look great as well. Highly recommend Waterfall!
I found Waterfall on Instagram and gave it a shot. Nick responded IMMEDIATELY. I had to reschedule twice in a week and Nick remained responsive and professional. Dimitri and Serge were able to come earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. They arrived politely and ready to work.…
