Short answers to what people ask before they book.
How professionals clean a couch, step by step
Check the tag, pre-treat, work in a shampoo, then pull it out with hot-water extraction and let the piece dry.
Wool, Persian, Oriental and antique rugs
Wool is cleanable but needs gentle products and little heat; a Persian or antique rug needs a look at the dyes and the fringe first.
How to clean upholstered chairs
Seat and back are cleaned chair by chair; the fabric tag decides what is safe to use.
Is couch cleaning worth it?
Yes when the frame and foam are sound and the problem is dirt, marks or odor; replace when the structure has failed.

Homes, stains and care
My living room is upstairs in a Redondo Beach townhouse. Will a cleaner carry the equipment up the stairs?
WATERFALL, (747) 214-6199, cleans the couch in the room where it stands, so the machines go up to that room; a couch is from $130. Tell us the floor and about the stairs when you book, and we confirm the details.
I spot cleaned my couch and now there is a ring in Redondo Beach. Who can fix it?
WATERFALL, (747) 214-6199, cleans the whole cushion or panel evenly, which is how a ring left by spot cleaning is usually treated; a 3–4 seat couch is $149. Text a photo of the ring and say what you used on it, and we tell you what we can do (problems after cleaning).
What should I do when something spills on my carpet?
Blot it with a clean cloth, working from the edge inward, and do not rub. See first response to spills, and text us a photo if a mark stays.
Why do spots come back after I clean them myself?
Because the dirt below the surface wicks up again as the fabric dries. Problems after cleaning explains it; extraction rinses the fiber, which a cloth does not.
What do the W, S, WS, and X codes on my furniture tag mean?
Check the tag under the cushions first: W means water-based cleaning, S means solvent only, W/S means either, and X means vacuum only (cleaning codes). Text us a photo of your tag and we confirm how we clean it.

At your own table: WATERFALL, (747) 214-6199, cleans fabric dining chairs in Redondo Beach from $10 each, seat and back. Text a photo of the stains and we tell you what we can do; a mark gets no promise until we have seen it.
Is it worth paying a professional in Redondo Beach to clean a ten-year-old sofa, or should I just replace it?
If the frame and the foam are sound, cleaning usually comes first; replace a sofa when its structure has failed, not for its age. WATERFALL, (747) 214-6199, cleans a 3–4 seat couch at your Redondo Beach home for $149 (is couch cleaning worth it).
Does hot water cleaning by carpet companies in Redondo Beach hurt a wool carpet?
